Learning The Process

Hello,

I have been with Avon since 2011.  I have not grown my customer base because I am not good with the basic steps due to not being organized. First thing is to decide that you want to limit yourself to Avon being the business for you.  I love the company, the experience and working from home.  I love the idea of getting my own experience of how to run a business for myself.  What is really great about working with Avon, there is not set way to run your business.  My problem is I love all the different ways this can be done.  I need to find a collection of different ways that will put me on the direction that works for me, and perfect it to teach others to do the same.  I have done that in the past but for some reason I am struggling now with this. I would also like to have an additional business but if I can't get Avon running smoothly how can I do anything else. I know that now the most important thing for me to do is get customers. I know that finding a way that works great for me will help me at developing a great prospecting system that I can teach. Please, if you have any ideas, contact me with your advice.

Building an Avon Business

Today is the beginning of setting up a customer base.  I have a new customer that has a link to other customers (networking).  This is how it begins.  I will also advertise online to get help plus try a couple other venues.  I have been dormant for too long and need a income base I can rely on. I would love to have other people with me as I climb the ladder of success.

How I feel about Avon

I found that the only work from home business that was easy, provide for the community, and didn't cost a lot to get started was Avon.  I sold Avon before and built a considerably large downline with the help of one of my favorite Avon reps, Michelle Bowls.  She not only was my upline, but she help me grow my business the way all District Managers should.  I still remember a lot of her skills she passed on to us.  I think the most important thing she taught me was to be positive and don't allow anyone to still your joy.  She had continues joy that spread throughout the company like wild flowers.  I am glad to start again.  The only thing I am doing differently is that if I help anyone to to get started I will make sure they use the power of three.  It really works! www.youravon.com/myranagy
