Learning The Process

Hello,

I have been with Avon since 2011.  I have not grown my customer base because I am not good with the basic steps due to not being organized. First thing is to decide that you want to limit yourself to Avon being the business for you.  I love the company, the experience and working from home.  I love the idea of getting my own experience of how to run a business for myself.  What is really great about working with Avon, there is not set way to run your business.  My problem is I love all the different ways this can be done.  I need to find a collection of different ways that will put me on the direction that works for me, and perfect it to teach others to do the same.  I have done that in the past but for some reason I am struggling now with this. I would also like to have an additional business but if I can't get Avon running smoothly how can I do anything else. I know that now the most important thing for me to do is get customers. I know that finding a way that works great for me will help me at developing a great prospecting system that I can teach. Please, if you have any ideas, contact me with your advice.
